1, Q: For your price , can we negotiation more?
A: Certainly, we have diffrent price for diffrent order quantity, 500,1000 and 10000 pieces price will not same. So contact us feel free if you need purchase glass products.
2, Q: May I get a sample?
A: Of couse, We can offer one sample freely, but the buyer need to bear the freight cost.
3, Q: How long is your delivery?
A: It will within 7 days if we have glass product in stock, if not have will need about 15 days for
regular order.
4, Q: What is the payment ?
A: You can pay by T/T, Western Union and L/C.
5, Q: What do you do when we receive the broken glass products?
A: We will check and make sure that the glass products are packaging very well, We will send you new ones if there have broken products.
6, Q: Can you accept the customization?
A: Yes, we can .
7, Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Any quantity can do if we have goods in stock, if we not have stock, the MOQ will be 30000pcs.
8, Q: Can we printing our logo?
A: Yes, we can. buyers need pay for the logo cost.
9, Q: Can you make colored diversified glasses except transparent one ?
A: Of course , a ny glass shape and embossed, frosting, silk-screen, Logo printing, hot stamping, polishing, electroplate UV and other craft works...can be customized in FET .
